October 19, 2009 – Bethesda, MD – eMentum, Inc., a leading provider of innovative program/project management and information technology services and solutions to the federal government, announced today that it was awarded a multi-year master ordering agreement (MOA) contract by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under its Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) program.

The eFAST MOA is available to all FAA business units and to other Federal agencies seeking professional, technical, and support services from small businesses. The award covers a five-year base period and includes two option years.
eMentum was qualified in the following task areas:
- Air Transportation Support (ATS)
- Business Administration & Management (BAM)
- Computer/Information Systems Development (CSD)
- Computer Systems Support (CSS)
- Documentation & Training (D&T)
The eFAST MOA will be the FAA’s preferred contract vehicle to obtain services from small businesses. It replaces the BITS II program. eMentum services under the eFAST MOA can be obtained under contract number DTFAWA10A-00204.
