eMentum, a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) specializing in Program Management and implementing enterprise-wide solutions, today announced a $10 million, five-year, blanket purchase agreement (BPA) contract to provide Project Management Support Services to the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Service (BFS) on behalf of the Administrative Resource Center (ARC). eMentum is the only contractor to win an award.
The mission of the BFS is to promote the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the federal government through exceptional accounting, financing, collections, payments and shared services. BFS’s Administrative Resource Center (ARC) franchising organization is currently one of four OMB approved federal Shared Service Providers (SSP).
eMentum’s experienced consultants will work with ARC to improve customer service and project management methods and delivery. eMentum will collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to conceive a plan and implement new solutions that will achieve BFS’s mission. Adhering to best practices and standards, eMentum will develop a customized approach that fits seamlessly into ARC’s business environment. eMentum’s will provide expert consulting services to implement Project and Program Management Maturity; develop a Portfolio Management Support Services methodology and construct; and increase customer satisfaction to shared service customers by instituting Customer Management and Organizational Support Services.
