A network of national standards institutes from 163 countries, ISO enables public and private sector consensus on solutions that meet business requirements and the broader needs of society.
“eMentum has a well-earned reputation for delivering quality services and solutions,” said Carolyn Merek, President and CEO. “We challenged ourselves to measure that reputation against the highest possible international standard, and by earning the ISO registration, have achieved an important milestone in our continued growth.”
ISO Standard 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization demonstrates its ability to provide a product that consistently meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and enhances customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
An ISO-registered organization must pass an initial registration audit and annual surveillance audits to demonstrate ongoing conformance to the standard.
